Documentation Tag Issue

After finding out that these tags could be used for user generated functions I wanted to start using them in my code. I can see the tool-tip help in the library functions but not in mine. Even after compiling, building etc...

Is there some option/setting that has to be configured to see the tool-tips for my functions??
