Rebuild command still crashes CVI

For the last decade I have had every version of CVI crash every time I try a simple [Build][Rebuild]:

[FATAL] [GeneralSignalHandler] [.\source\jeff\i386\except.c:175] Unknown

I've posted a similar message in the past for CVI 2017, 2015, etc, to no avail apparently as the problem is still present in CVI 2019. My guess is that it is due to some option or obscure setting I've been carrying from version to version.
