acquisition on rising edge with a period of time

Hi 

we want to acquire data at the start of the rising edges and on a period of 5/10 seconds ( on a 45 minutes cycle) and stop these acquisitions at the end of this period of 5/10 seconds.

Which VIs can I use ?
