Using Labview dll in teststand getting error 17502

hello,

i have a labview vi which i used in teststand and it work fine. but now i converted that vi in to dll and it gives system level exception. its behaviour is unpredictable. some time it work fine and some time generated system level exception with error code 17502. so what was issue??
