write to spreadsheet file.vi format problem

Hi, I have a probelm in using "write to spreadsheet file.vi. I have data like 0.0001, -7.67275 in 2D array. I want to save same in a spreadsheet. But nomatter I do, they are saved as 0, -8. I try to change format to %.6f. It did the same.

I use labview 2010. I am wondering what I did wrong with this simple problem?
